It's every so often we come across major contributors in our community that are truly making a difference. Like any successful non-profit, a lot of hard work and determination are needed in order for the organization's end goal to really flourish. Just like every non-profit owner knows, any sort of help from other contributors in the community can be a real joy.
Molly Water is proud to announce our collaboration with The Joy Bus Diner, a brand new, one of a kind non-profit diner located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Joy Bus Diner is a self-sustaining breakfast and lunch spot whose main mission is to relieve the daily struggles of homebound cancer patients with fresh, chef-inspired meals. 100% of the proceeds go to fund their free meal program, which will deliver these chef-inspired meals to homebound cancer patients that could use a little extra joy in their daily routine.
The Joy Bus has been underway since 2011 solely as a non-profit delivering free meals to homebound cancer patients. When funding was needed to sustain growth, the diner was conceived and with the help of businesses like Slab Designs LLC., Fox Restaurant Concepts, IDG Third Service Designers, Good Guys Drywall & Paint and Porter Barn Wood to name a few, this old subway car is now a fully operational kitchen and diner! The founder Jennifer Caraway decided to put a unique touch on this self-sustaining diner by adding a legacy wall so anyone that comes in can see all the contributors that made the diner possible and operational.
We here at Molly Water are thrilled to be supporting such a great cause and will be donating our premium magnesium alkaline water. We strongly encourage anyone to go out and support The Joy Bus Diner and help them make a difference in the community.
